Jr. Webelos are scouts who have completed third grade (or 10-year-olds). Scouts will earn their Webelos Badge upon completing the 5 required adventures, as well 1 Webelos elective adventures with their den or with their Akelas.  They can also earn extra belt loops by completing more elective adventures.
